Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Reiki

In-person session using a non-invasive therapy that involves a practitioner placing their hands on or near a client's body, aiming to guide and balance energy in and around the body, to feel more relaxed, peaceful, and encourage self-healing.
