A Japanese form of energy healing. Reiki is a subtle and effective form of energy healing using a spiritually guided life force energy. The energy which fills our whole universe and all living things. This energy is channeled through the hands of the practitioner into the body of the receiver. It promotes healing and is a simple, natural and safe method.

The receiver remains fully clothed throughout and will lay back down on a massage table. Your chakras may be scanned to see if any specific areas need worked on. You may experience tingling, hot or cool sensations, muscle twitches, see colors, visions or images, hear buzzing, pressure changes or sounds, pulling sensations or you may feel or see nothing at all.

Sessions can be anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. Everyone is different and every session will have different results. Typical results are the feeling of relief, calmness, release, tiredness or energization. You may have vivid dreams, fatigue, dizziness, pain free movement and a clear mind.
